Around the Studio

There’s been a lot of painting and outdoor drying (yes, even with the rain) going on around my studio lately. Here are a few shots of several different works in progress, soon to be up in my Etsy shop. We’ve got signs for the holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas and even a baby shower gift!

All of this holiday talk is getting me in the mood for a cup of tea, apple pie, a cozy blanket and a relaxing nap during the rain. How are you celebrating the fall season?

More Christmas Vacation

We are enjoying more fun times together over the holidays here in NY. Today is Seth’s and my 4th wedding anniversary and keeping with our four-year tradition, we enjoyed a special breakfast out together at Jines in downtown Rochester. It was lovely! The rule was get whatever you want no questions asked. We each got coffee, a yummy main dish and a side for under $25 total (and we were stuffed!)- score for a cheap, but very enjoyable celebration. We also reminisced about some of the most memorable milestones and special days we have spent together! We had lots of stories, laughs and smiles. Happy Anniversary to the best person I know- thanks for sharing life with me!
